I purchased the Nutripro Mixer Blender and my overall experience with the product is good. Initially, the product worked quite well — it was efficient for daily use like making shakes, grinding, and blending. The design is compact and easy to handle, which makes it convenient for regular kitchen use. However, after some months (before completing one year), the product started having issues and stopped working properly. This was a bit disappointing. But the good part is that the company’s customer service was responsive and helpful — they replaced the product without much hassle under warranty. After replacement, the product is working fine again. So, while there was a durability issue initially, the after-sales service made up for it. Overall, I would say the product is good—if you consider the price and the company’s support

I raised a complaint through WhatsApp customer support and shared the invoice, warranty slip, and product photos as requested. After verifying all the details, within 4–5 days I received confirmation that a replacement mixer had been dispatched, and it was delivered within the next 2–3 days. The old mixer was also picked up smoothly by the courier service. Overall, my issue was completely resolved within 7–8 days. I am highly satisfied with the customer service, quick response, and fast warranty support provided by the company. I highly recommend this product in this budget range. Very good product and excellent after-sales service.
