I purchased the Nutripro Mixer Blender and my overall experience with the product is good. Initially, the product worked quite well — it was efficient for daily use like making shakes, grinding, and blending. However, after some months (before completing one year), the product started having issues and stopped working properly. This was a bit disappointing. But the good part is that the company’s customer service was responsive and helpful — they replaced the product without much hassle under warranty. After replacement, the product is working fine again. So, while there was a durability issue initially, the after-sales service made up for it. Overall, I would say the product is good—if you consider the price and the company’s support

This is the second order that we have placed for this product, when the first one stopped working after exceeding the product lifetime. Indeed, the product is great. The machine is sturdy and comes with a good rotatory motor, blending and grinding jar contents easily. However, when we ordered it, the wet grindinng jar had a leakage defect. To our great relief, the customer care service responded quickly and we got a replacement in no time. Now, we are happily using it.
