what are the side effects?

I did not get any side effects. I am not using it everyday, only when my eyes get itchyor I feel getting allergy, then I just put one drop on each eye.

Does it get rid of red eyes?

No it is not specifically for red eyes

Can this be taken with eye drops? I use Systane for dry eye

I use both. Systane first thing in the morning and any time my eyes dry out. I use Alaway only when I have eye itching and irritation from allergies, which is usually later in the day after the oral antihistimine I take is wearing off, and especially when I spend time outdoors during my worst allergy season.

Who do I contact to refunded to my account for undelivered product?

Contact Amazon. They will trace the delivery and find out if it was delivered at someone else's door step with GPS, they can find this out. I have never had problems with Amazon when this happened to me.
