Works great in the auction generator that I got!
I was unable to get the Wacker 5600 generator that I bought at auction to run without continually spraying starter fluid into the intake. That told me there was a fuel supply problem.I found, purchased and installed this carb without adjustment on the OEM Honda engine. Also replaced all of the other parts that came with the kit and changed the oil. Now, the auction generator starts and runs great with just one or two pulls! I have no complaints about this product!

It works but is not a perfect match for the Honda EM 3500SX generator
The exit port on my original carburetor if my Honda EM 3500 SX generator is about 3/4 inch and this carburetor is about an inch. It will still run the engine fine with the supplied insulator but will not run well if you try to use the original insulator since the hole size difference doesn’t allow everything to line up. The new insulator does not have a vacuum port to plug the vacuum hose into and without it the engine won’t adjust the automatic choke and kill the engine. If you force the choke to stay open it will run fine. I did find an insulator on the internet that has a vacuum port in it for about 14.00 so if your current carburetor is completely ruined, you may have a good chance of using this one with the other insulator that is available. I only bought this since I couldn’t stop the original from leaking gas due to the needle valve not sealing. So I will just be more diligent to turn the gas valve off and use my original carburetor.

Excellent kit that's all inclusive
I was surprised at the completeness of this "kit" which includes everything from shut off solenoid, diode and even a new spark plug. Kudos to the seller!After the install the generator no longer surges and runs smoothly. Don't do as I did and use the generator then forget to shut off the valve and empty the carb bowl. Drain the system after each use....
