Can this be used on Nespresso Vertuo machine??

No they won't, those size capsules only fit the "Nespresso Original" line... and I didn't even get those that are shown in the pictures, the size that came when I ordered was to fit a Keurig style machine.

Are these mini pods or full size pods?

These are pods used for a nespresso espresso machine. Standard for espresso, not a large keurig. If mini you mean espresso then these would be mini. This should be used with nesprsso machine to descale it. Extends life of machine. My machine was not working. This fixed it.
