I got this Balalaika as a gift for my American boyfriend. He is still learning it but he really likes it. I, personally, don’t know much about musical instruments or balalaika standards, I think this piece sounds nice :) from the craftsmanship perspective it is AMAING. So beautiful.

Balaliker is an actual musical factory in Russia, somewhat famous for folk instruments. This brand is one of the recommended for musical school students. It's not a toy, not a souvenir - it is a real musical instrument of excellent quality. This model is more than enough for beginners and non-professional musicians. Though it is not the latest, it is still good. If you’re looking for a musical instrument, of all the other models I saw on Amazon, Balalaiker is the best option. As a bonus, it is authentic.
