Another service shop would probably install it but they will offer no warranty whatsoever. If there is a malfunction on the transmission while this cooler head is installed then I’ll have to pay as if this device was responsible for the malfunction. I suspect that’s why so many people chose to install it by themselves. As labour is not as simple as changing a tire: there is some dismantling and plastic to be removed then the radiator has to be attached, the hoses, and this cooling head. Some transmission oil will be lost in the process and needs replenished.
