8 inch Oval Long Banneton Brotform Bread Dough Proofing Rising Rattan Basket & Liner

I wanted a smaller banneton in order to make my batards fit better in my dutch oven and allowing my loaves to expand more. This was the perfect size and it's so much easier to store while clean and takes up much less space in my fridge while cold fermenting my loaves.

Hard to find smaller oval size. This is good for one pound loaves I prefer to make and could do larger loaves. Well made.

I have used this very successfully to mould smaller sourdough ovals that can be turned out and baked in my air fryer.

The thing is a cheap little piece of junk. Not really usable for baking. Unless you are doing eclairs or something. I thought 8 inches would be good enough but this thing is dinky

This product arrived in excellent condition and on time. I was surprised by the small size so next time I will pay closer attention to that. I love the idea of baking bread as a loaf rather then a boule so, we shall see. Impressed with the workmanship.

Love to proof my sour dough bread in these. I have not tried the liner.

It is small but that was exactly what I wanted so that the dough would fit in a 4 qt dutch oven. It holds about 750 grams of dough total, which is a decent enough size loaf for me.

I now have two. Perfect size for my sourdough.
