These Candle Shop 3.5" egg molds work great!I drilled out the wick hole to 1/8", and seal the wick with a piece of door weatherstrip putty.

The mold came on time and the packaging was in perfect condition. The mold itself is very sturdy and absolutely perfect for the candles I'm making. My only reason to give 4 stars rather than 5 is that it leaks a little bit, but even that is fixed easily. I simply placed the mold on a disposable plate and remelt the wax that leaks out and used it for the repours.All in all I would buy it again!

Good product, works well, but make sure you use mold putty in the wick hole in the bottom or it will leak badly, the knot alone won't hold it. Also making sure the wax is no more than about 165 degrees, will help it not leak. And make sure the inside is well coated in silicone release spray or the eggs won't come out smooth.

I'm very happy with this product. It leaked a little but only a few drops. Can't wait to make candle to give as gifts. It also came with easy to follow instructions and trouble shooting tips.

This mold works great. Spray with a bit of oil first. We use soy wax. The candles burn perfectly and don't drip.

I love this mold. I get perfect results every time I use it. The wax never sticks, so removal is easy as pie and there's a sheen to the wax that's beautiful.I carve mine after, and it's absolutely perfect for it.

Only problem I have is the leaking.

Flimsy looking pin and thread holder. Wasn't very convinced that I could pour hot substances into the plastic mold.
