Vital for sleep!
I love Thorne products because I can trust them. They are a little more expensive, but in the supplement world there is a lot of snake oil - we can't be too careful! Glycine in particular is the ONLY thing that helps me sleep at night without any "hangover in the morning." It helps the body produce glutathione, which is useful in detoxification, and removing inflammation at a cellular level.

I take this every night with 250 mg L-theanine and it works wonders. I go right to sleep.

Helps with night sweats (POTS)
Helped me with severe night sweats. I have POTS so I have difficulty regulating body temperature and am either very hot or very cold. I still have night sweats, but much milder and am usually cold in the morning now. I've been taking 3 capsules (1.5 G) a night. The capsules are larger than my multivitamin, but still easy to swallow. No side effects. No taste. I am moving onto a powder so I can go up to 3 G more easily.

Good Overall sleep aide
I take 3 of these before I go to bed and if I wake up in the middle of the night I believe these help me get back to sleep even though I took them earlier. I took 2 instead of 3 last night and I could notice the difference. It took me longer to get back to sleep.

I don’t think I’ll ever stop using this product, I’ve had sleep issues all of my life. This in combination with magnesium glycinate and inositol will absolutely put you to bed. It lowers your body temperature and lulls you to sleep. Absolutely excellent.
