Poor Construction - broken after 10 days
It’s a beautiful looking boot, but the construction is very bad. When I first received them I was concerned about damaging the elastic when I put them on, but by my 4th wear they were fine. Unfortunately they did not hold up. By my 9th or 10th wear I noticed that the stitching that attaches the elastic to the boot upper had failed. For a boot that costs $100 this is ridiculous. I’m an office worker. I walk from my car to the train and then 200 yards from the train station to my office. That is the extent of the use that these boots have seen. It’s absurd that they should fail so quickly. Do yourself a favor and find a better made Chelsea boot. These may look nice, but they’re junk! Edit: I just realized that right boot has also failed in nearly the same spot. The stitching has popped out and the boot upper is pulling away from the elastic. This is not a fluke of quality control. These boots are just plain bad!

Schön, aber leider mit Mängeln.
Die Schuhe sehen sehr schick aus, wurden aber leider mit drei Defekten (Brandspuren am Leder und am seitlichen Gummi) geliefert.

Good quality product made of good genuine leather and came in strong, save package. Exactly on size, convenient sitting on foot from the first use. Bought for equitation, however use a lot for other occasions. Got numerous compliments
