So so
I like that the book is short. However, if you are a beginner in this topic the book is great. If you have read many books on the topic and are looking for something fresh and interesting the book is devoid of that.

Another great little book from Thibaut Meurisse
I love that Meurisse's books are action centred and easy to apply. He has clearly studied the subject widely, and there is probably nothing new here, but when you're clutching at straws, and you just want to get out of your rut and *do* something to escape your procrastination driven anxiety, this little book is the perfect antidote. Very succinct and actionable.
