Works well
Definitely worth a go if you're like myself and would rather have a tooth pulled than do any sort of DIY. Had several small areas where I've scraped the paint on a wall, this covered it up well. Would recommend requesting the sample thing first too, I got a really good match that way.

Good But With Reservations
Definitely get a color chart before you order the first time. The actual paint is true to the chart. This is my second purchase. What don't I like? They changed several of the color n-a-m-e-s and that caused me alot of worry when I ordered the second time. What I got is slightly different than before. The instructions are so squinty tiny I can barely read them. I do not appreciate the new, larger bottle size done solely to fatten their wallets. Things are expensive enough today. Most people like me will only use a tiny amount to make spot repairs. Then when you get the bottle back out again in a few years, you will need to reorder because it has thickened by then.

No brush - just a stick
Soto gets big points for sending color chart quickly and offering so many shades of white. I received the paint in February but wasn't able to actually try it until June. Then I discovered that there is no brush in the cap, just a stick. This is outside the return window, so now I need to go buy a brush to use the product. I notice that they have recently changed packaging so maybe they've corrected the 'no brush' issue.

This Company Has Their Act Together
It is not very often in my experience that purchasing something goes so smoothly. This purchase is the exception. I order the color swatchl which arrived in just three days. My wife and I compared the color options to the damage to our kitchen drawer. We made the choice and I bought the touch up paint on Amazon. It was a perfect match! An important note: Be sure to shine a bright light on the color swatch with the cabinet back drop. If there is anything less than perfect light, you color choice may be off. The company then followed up with a friendly, very short questionnaire on my thoughts of the process. Highly recommended!

This worked really well for me!
The color Artisan white was a perfect match. I had a white board stuck to the wall with a adhesive tape. When I wanted to remove the white board tape didn't come off easily but the paint came off with the tape and ruined my wall. I used wall repair paste to fillup the area but it was white and doesn't look same as my wall color and texture. After the paste was dry, I covered the patches with Soto paint touchup (no. 08 artisan white) The color of paint was same as my wall color and the patches looked better after the touch up.
