Run a remote line from the amp to something the isn't hot when the key isn't in the ignition. I had that issue at first but i just spend $7 more and bought the Anker USB-C charger which is more powerful to be used as carplay as well as charging. if you just use a simple USB-C charger that is specifically meant for charging it will not work.
