Loved the design. Prefect size for both indoor and small outdoor ( mostly balconies) activities. The sound is amazing and the lights are decent. I can position it horizontally or vertically to manage space and i can also wireless charger my phone if I place my phone on top of it. The reason I am not giving 4 stars is that i haven't tested the battery. But I think it is worth the buy

Decent Bluetooth speaker
I recently bought the Hydraboom speaker from Altec Landing and loved it.This speaker is lightweight and easy to carry anywhere.It has LED lights that move to the beat of the music and in other modes.The speaker is easy to use and it was not that hard for my elderly parents to figure out how to use it.The sound is also amazing for the size and it sounds like a huge speaker. Really Loved It!!

I have a hydrashock(the bigger hydraboom) and it is fantastic. I keep this one at work and I wanted a smaller one to use at home, and at the lake. It's perfect. The first one I received didn't work, but the replacement has been flawless! I recommend either speakers. the hydraboom is half the size of the hydrashock, but delivers about half the volume. But it is still plenty loud for general music listening. If you are in an area with a lot of background noise I recommend the hydrashock. I use my hydrashock at a repair shop and it can be heard clean across the shop.

Well less than 6 months of owning this, it stopped working completely. Will have a full charge then boom dead. Turns on for about 10seconds then turns off and stays off. Do not buy this trash. The one I have was a replacement for one that came with a garbage battery.
