I needed this product today Wednesday it wasn't due to be delivered till Thursday but I got it today saved my life. there are many videos on YouTube about these heat packs I suggest watching a few of them before attempting to use one successfully. But they do work and they're awesome.

Perfect! My plants arrived in great condition!
I am a plant person, and I love swapping plants with people all over the country. I use these to ship plants during winter, when cold weather would otherwise kill or damage the plants. These are great! My plants always arrive safe and happy to their destination.

Out of this 3 pack, none worked as described. I had to send some expensive orchids to my mom during winter. I used 2 of these hot pads and she said neither felt warm less that 48 hours later when they arrived. I opened the 3rd at home to see if it worked - it got slightly warm but lost all heat in less than 12 hours. Big waste. I do not recommend buying.
