I got this at a very low price and I can say that I'm very happy from this purchase because the knife it may look not as exclusive and expensive as other ones. He does provide a very nice grip. The weight of the knife also speaks to his quality and honestly the cosmetics of it give a very nice appearance that nobody will know that this knife cost me less than $13 it is very sharp and I'll continue to use it as my favorite cutting knife for now

I bought this knife for homemade sourdough bread, which can have a thick crust. This knife cuts through in one try. It is high quality , very sharp and sturdy. My hands are small and I find it easy to use. Highly recommend.

This is a solid knife, though it appears that it is very slightly curved, making straight cuts a little harder. Also it is not as sharp as I would like. On a rustic bread with soft center and a crust, it likes to slip a little to the side before it starts to cut. Pictured is a beagle cut. It appears to rip a little more than just cut. I'm not using a lot of force unless required.

Much better than I expected and I highly recommend it. Blade length is great. Handle is very good in my hand. Great price.

Wow- this knife delivers! Much longer than your knife set bread cutting knife, it’s great for big homemade loaves or if you need a long cut. Extremely sharp and nice storage box. Highly recommend!

I am editing an earlier review in which I Indicated the bread knife was dull. It probably is great for bread, but being gluten free I rarely get a loaf of good, crusty bread. Instead, after reading a book by Anthony Bordain in which he advised cutting most things with a bread knife, I had been doing so for several months. My bread knife was losing its edge, so I ordered this one with excellent reviews and at a reasonable price. It did not perform well on my non-bread tasks. After I posted a bad review, the business owner reached out to refund my money. I am impressed by any business that stands behind its products! So order the knife because it’s probably great for bread and Amazon or the business will stand behind your purchase.

Beautiful knife with a great feel. I ordered this knife thinking it would be a good Christmas gift but after opening it up I think I'm going to just keep it for myself. Extremely sharp and you can beat the price for the quality you get. I would highly recommend it.

This is one of my sharpest knife if not the sharpest. Can literaly shave with it. Bought about a month ago, keeps its edge. Great for preping. Is just a little bigger then preping knife which is all good to me. Very good handle a feel in hand. Watch your fingures when you clean, this knife will peel your skin off.
