Great taste, works well
These things are dangerous lol, taste great, work well, priced ok. If you are not used to taking fiber, I would suggest starting off with one or two per serving and to ride to work alone lol. These are music making gummies if you know what I mean lol.

The jury is still out.
I must start saying the flavor is pretty good. No bad aftertaste and easy to chew. On the flip side, my first bottle came one gummy short and I haven’t seen any changes. I eat super healthy, regularly exercise and drink water. I thought these might make a good add on to my vitamin routine and help in the digestive area (which is a problem for me, sorry for oversharing :) but so far nada, nothing. Bought a second bottle to give them more “time” but I’m going through it and I gotta say if I don’t see any change by the end of this bottle (which would be a 60 day period) I won’t be buying anymore. Will update the review when done with this bottle but it’s not looking promising. Update: Second bottle gone and no effects. Will not buy again :(

Perfect supplement to weight loss meds
Using these to counteract the effects of Tirzepatide, which slow digestion to near stoppage. Actually full stoppage if not balanced with Decolex and stool softeners... until I found this little gem of a prebiotic! Been taking two in morning and two at night for over three months and consistency is maintained now without laxative or softeners. Truly this product is amazing at assisting with proper digestion and excrement of unused materials. Bonus that there is minimal inert ingredients, not a sugar taste or residue in the system. They taste great and are affordable. I recommend them often.

Best Tasting Fiber Gummies
Easily the best tasting fiber gummies, and it's not even close. While I think they're more expensive than most of their competitors, and it seems like you might be eating more gummies to get a full serving, nothing beats the taste of these. I'd love to just eat a few here and there throughout the day, and it never negatively affects me. I very much recommend these if you need to increase your fiber.
