Great value - look and feel to be of higher quality!

Unboxed it and first impression was it looks nice, then you pick it up and it feels substantial. It doesn't feel like a cheap POS. I low faded my sides, trimmed the top and hard-parted my side part. Half hour use plus messing around with it for a while and the battery was at 91% still. The clippers were quiet, trimmed really well for whatever blade is on there, and they never even got warm which was great. If you are able to tighten up the zero that'd make a big difference and I'm going to shop for metal guards for it. The guard sizes were great but they aren't stiff enough for me personally.

Price is great for the quality, I would give 5 stars, but I'm giving 4 cause the blade, but I traded it out for smoother ungrooved blades to jus jet through the hair, much better now, love the look, love the quietness of the motor, plus love the battery indicator* honestly, I have babyliss gold fx clippers, only thing I feel that's different is probably the rpms in the motor and true metal housing, that's it, other than that, great clipper for fast fades and tapers, now trimmers.....man jus pair these with babyliss or Andis outliners/slimline all zero gapped of course, and you'll never need anything else

I purchased this Ovlux product and the stainless steel model. I personally like the stainless model much better. Stainless model seems quiter and smoother running. The power button on this unit is too easy to accidentally turn on, which is very annoying. I like the manual side switch better. Of all the brands on Amazon, I appreciate the quality of Ovlux products overall.
