Works fast and works well.
I first came in contact with this product about 20 years ago as a barista. I used it every night to backflush our espresso machine and we put a teaspoon or so in the various aero-pots to keep scale from forming in them. As my 'machine' these days is an espresso press, I can clean every part of it by hand and I never really keep coffee in batches... For this reason I haven't seen used it in quite awhile. I do have some steel coffee cups which eventually developed scale and, having failed at removing it with almost every other product, I bought some Purocaff (I've always called it "Purecaff", but that may be a southern thing) to see if i could get the scale off. 30 minutes later and gross coffee water comes out of my 'clean' cups. Really impressive stuff. I knew it was good for maintenance but i had no idea it would remove 10 years of residue so quickly. I mean i tried, boiling them, baking soda scrubs, flushes, vinegar et al... This stuff worked immediately with a bit of boiling water. It used to be cheaper.. I feel as though this one bottle will last me 20 years or so. I would say for espresso machine owners, this is a necessary grocery item.. It's a real handy thing to have around the house if you have a few coffee thermoses or metal cups which are starting to develop residue.

A little goes a long way and works well
I am a regular user this product. It works well to demineralize and clean stains (particularly coffee and tea related) off of mugs and other surfaces. A little goes a long way.

Good as new
Rare you find a product that works this well, in any context. Nasty stainless coffee mugs are good as new.

Best on the market!
These do a great job on my regular Technivorm coffee maker as well. No mater how you use Puro, dissolve the powder first in another container first. Don't be in a hurry to run it through your machine. Stop at the half-way point; let set overnight if possible. Then restart. That really removes all possible scaling and calcification.

This is the stuff
Does this trick. Solid group head and filter screen cleaner for commercial espresso machines. Much better value than the tablet form - just donโt spill it!

Get your drink bottles clean as new.
The gold standard of every barista for soaking and cleaning anything metal that touches coffee or tea but safe on plastic too. Perfect for cleaning that black mold and gross smell building up in your Stanleys, Hydro Flasks, et al. Just sprinkle some in, add boiling water, let it sit for 30 min, and rinse.

... many times let me tell you this is he best. Stellar pro former
From a barista that has cleaned an espresso machine many times let me tell you this is he best. Stellar pro former. Used it to clean all my old coffee pots and aluminum cups. It's like my little cleaning secret! Buy in bulk if you can because you will love it! Boil some water and add a sprinkle and your stuff will never be cleaner

Good price for a good product
This is our second purchase of the product. We used it to clean the coffee urns in the cafe. Puro is more reasonably priced than many others and works equally well. Recommend.

Kinda expensive but might buy again.
Works well.

Deep cleaning
It works well but takes several washes to remove all the soap from the machine.

Puro Caff is amazing! I bought it to see if I could ...
I heard about this stuff on the Security Now podcast. Sometimes Steve Gibson can get a little too excited about some things but he was right, Puro Caff is amazing! I bought it to see if I could clean my Contigo travel mugs. I thought maybe my mugs were damaged and stained past the point of recovery as I couldn't scrub them clean and they just looked disgusting. 30 minutes soaking in the sink with Puro Caff and sheets of old coffee scum literally peeled off and were floating in the sink. I could literally rinse the rest of the scum out. Now my travel mugs look brand new on the inside. My only complaint is that it doesn't smell great but it was so effective I won't let that bother me.
