I love this dress. It's not the first dress from Pretty Garden that I have ordered nor will it be the last! Great material, not too thin but lightweight. Well manufactured. Fits true to size and comfortable. My only disappointment with this particular dress, which I ordered in Lake Blue color, in the pictures it looks more of a teal color, but upon receiving the dress it's more dark green, somewhere between Emerald green and green-blue. But that's ok, it's still pretty and I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can wear it! Edit update 8/25/26 These Pretty Garden dresses have held up very well with multiple washings, no fading of colors, no pilling, no loose threads. And I get so many compliments on them!

Fits great, super cute dress for summer. I love this mint color. I just don't love the fact that this fabric wrinkles so easily. That's why I took off 1 star.

Hi, **UPDATE BELOW** For reference, I'm 36 C, 34" waist, 42" hips, 5'5", & 168 lbs. Amazon said order "L", but large is too small on me; it shows my big stomach A LOT!! Darn it... I'll now order an XL next, & I will update if XL is better on me. -If XL not better, I'll just return it. Beautiful color, -more like an emerald green. Nice. It comes down right to my ankles. K, good luck ladies, & have a nice day! **UPDATE 7/18/2024** HI! So, since the size large runs a little small, & shows my stomach pouch a lot; I then returned the large. (Amazon recommended size large for me.) So I returned the large, & ordered the XL, WOW!! It looks so great! The XL fits very nicely, not too big @ all! Yay. It hides my stomach pouch, & I don't care for the tiny, skinny, shoulder straps, so I tuck the straps in, & my friends say it looks better w/the skinny straps tucked in. I got some compliments. These dresses are so comfy & pretty; they can be dressed up or wear casually. The material is NOT scratchy, nor too hot too wear. (I run very warm.) An XL goes to my ankles, & I wear sandals w/heels. The green is SO pretty, almost like an emerald green. I then also ordered: the dark blue, & the dark red wine color. All very pretty & comfy, but I like green the best. When I tuck in the skinny straps, I then wear a strapless, comfy bandeau top as a comfy strapless bra. This dress would look good on most women in my opinion. My stats: 5'1, currently 112 lbs, small chested, broad shouldered. I wear between size XS and S in dresses, depending on the brand. I ordered size small because XS wasn't available. I liked the dress, but the dress was a bit too big in the chest. I had the dress altered on the smocked part. It was taken in, which is what you see in the photos. I really liked the pockets in the dress, the colors, and the adjustable spaghetti straps. This is a fun dress. I wore this dress to a derby party. I received lots of compliments on my dress and entire outfit, which all came from Amazon! (dress, shoes, purse, and fascinator) After reading other reviews, I wanted to say I don't believe this dress runs large. I'd say it's true to size. Just wanted to add that thought.

This sundress is so comfortable! I want it in multiple colors. I’m 5’4”, athletic & curvy, 158 lb & size Large is perfect for me. I have a soft tummy from having kids & this dress minimizes any of that. It’ll give you a waistline! Petite ladies, this is the maxi dress for you! It is the PERFECT length for me, without drowning in fabric or stepping & tripping on the dress. This dress is strapless-bra-friendly. The straps will not cover bra straps. (I wore a denim shirt like a jacket, which covered mine.) The straps are adjustable. Inside and in normal lighting, this dress is not see through, but it is thin cotton & it seems as though it would show the shadows of your legs if you were backlit. There is no lining. With a bright pattern, I don’t think it’ll be that noticeable & ifs such a lightweight & breezy dress, it’ll feel great in hot weather. I don’t think I’ll care about the thinness of the fabric. It wouldn’t stop me from buying multiples of this dress. It doesn’t have pockets, so if you want pockets, wear shorts underneath with pockets. I washed in normal cycle on warm & hung it to dry with no issues & it didn’t need ironed or fussed with. It was ready to wear.

Sizing is way off! So in looking at this dress to purchase it, I was trying to figure out what size would be best and all pointed to the small which is usually a 4 to 6. This is what I normally purchase and what I normally wear. However, when it arrived it was much too small and fit my daughter who is only 14. She doesn’t like it so we won’t keep it for her and when I tried to return it they will not give me a full refund even though their sizing is off and nothing on their product page shows inches or dimensions of the different areas of the dress. I do not feel like I should be responsible for any portion of the cost of this because of the fact that the seller did not properly post sizing. When I purchased this I was given a 50% discount and when I tried to return it it did not offer for me to swap it with a different size like the site normally does. When I tried to purchase another in the correct size or what I thought was the correct size, the seller would not give me the 50% discount. When I reached out to the seller, I was told that I would be given a 50% discount on another once the dress was returned. I asked about the refund not being in full and how I did not feel responsible for any portion of it because of the fact that they are missing key information on their product page. I received no response to that so in return, I will return the dress eat the eight dollars they are charging me, and not buy another! Otherwise, this dress was not sheer at all as you could not see through it. I do believe that is decent material although a bit on the long side for a short person like me at 5’2”.

I’m 5”7 170lbs and the dress fits great and is totally adorable!

Unfortunately quality of material did not match expectations. Seller was great, however, and refunded without any issues.

The dress is very cheap fabric which wrinkles easily. I won't be wearing this.
