Excellent replacement for yukky fish oil!
These are big, like fish oil capsules, but smooth and, with a little practice, easy enough to swallow. Flaxseed oil serves the same purpose as fish oil in the diet, but it doesn't taste dreadful like fish oil. My doctor kept nagging me for years to take my fish oil, until I discovered these and now take them twice a day without a problem. Made my doctor happy, too. : )

Has improved my dry eyes, easy to swallow
Me ophthalmologist suggested i start taking this for dry eyes. I have noticed a dramatic change in my eyesight since i started take this. Flax seed oil has many more benefits to list, but i love the changes in how i feel. The pills are a bit big but if you don’t have issues swallowing then this won’t be an issue. There is no taste or after taste. Highly recommend. Lastly the bottle is about 3 times bigger then I expected.
