I am not sure if it is this or the boobie bear gummies I am taking. It took about 3 days, I was skeptical at first but my milk supply has increased 1-2 oz per pump. I finally am able to start creating a stash for when I return to work. Definitely worth the try and also make sure to hydrate. I think that’s why it didn’t work first day or two, but I made sure to get at least 120oz and that seemed to help. If you are skeptical, definitely worth a try!

I am not an over producer. These dont make me overproduce. But i am able to feed him and pump some for when he goes to his grandparents. I know this brand doesn’t work for everyone but they do for me and if you’re struggling it’s worth it to give it a shot. I know they are pricey. I love knowing I am feeding my baby the best. This my 4th bottle. The first bottle gave me constipation, I think. So I just keep hydrated. I sip an electrolyte throughout the day and of course incorporate fiber into every meal. I think I also got headaches but as long as I eat and get sleep I’m fine. I just take them with water but I’ve never had a problem swallowing pills. The ingredients are herbs and it’s in a capsule so they’re flavorless and I haven’t noticed an aftertaste.

These gave me 2-3 more ounces within the first few days. I started taking them only morning and night until I could see if they bothered my LO. But baby has been great, if anything the fennel seed has made it easier for her to pass gas, so that’s a major win! I take with food and haven’t experienced any side effects. Make sure you notice it’s 60 pills so it’s only a two week supply at full dosage.

I would give this product 5 stars, but unfortunately it made my baby extremely gassy and fussy, and made his poop smell like nothing ever before. But! This supplement worked wonders for my milk supply. I just won't be taking it so my baby can sleep through the night without having painful gas.

I was feeling so discouraged by low output and honestly wanted to give up on pumping altogether but this saved us. I combined this with the Liquid Gold and, after 3 days, my average output per pumping session has doubled.

I thought they were working great but most nursing moms seek lactation support before eating right, drinking enough water and waiting for the milk to really kick in. After buying these pills, and the boobie bear gummies, I wanted to know how much more they were actually helping so I stopped taking them for 2 weeks and my supply didn’t change at all. I consistently had over supply of 20-24 oz and it even increased to a consistent 32 oversupply with my consistent behaviours. Now I’m 33 freezer bags in (about 15 gallons of breast milk). I didn’t repurchased the product as I never had a need for it, just needed to wait until my healthy diet, 80-100 oz water intake and consistent pumping, even during the night kicked in and my milked doesn’t stop flowing. Save your money and make sure you’re drinking enough water for your body to produce milk for the baby while also keeping you hydrated. Also demand the milk from your body with consistent pumping.

I’ve been using some of the other products and decided to try this one. I didn’t really see an increase me personally, but to each their own.
