Works great!
Bought this for our Coleman plug in cold cooler. Our original cord started smelling and it melted. This cord is a perfect replacement. We have been using it for 3 weeks now and it is working awesome. Happy with our purchase.

Well worth it , it allows me to have a heated seat while sitting out on the deck.
Worked perfect , I have 1 heated seat in my car plugged into the cigarette holder, the other one is plugged into this converter and then plugged in the outlet on my deck. I use it while sitting out on the deck in the cooler weather. Great safety feature, it shuts off when you get off the seat .This does not allow you to turn it on ahead but it heats up quickly

Runs hot but does the job
The 12v adapter for our electric cooler died after almost 20 yrs of use. This was the same wattage so I thought I would try it out. The adapter powers the cooler just fine. It does run hot and the 120v power cord will spark when you plug it in if the cooler is connected to the 12v end. I find it best to plug in the adapter first and then plug in the cooler. Make sure you leave the adapter to exposed to air so it can dissipate the heat it generates.
