Reliable and great customer service
This is the second lock I've purchased from this company. I'm very happy with the product.I did have a problem with the second lock so i reached out to customer service. They were great, first they offered some trouble shooting. Once they figured out the problem it was decided that I need a new lock so without hesitation they let me know that they would be putting one in the mail for me right away. I was very impressed with their customer service.

East install and sleek look
I ordered this lock to make it easy to enter my property and for future use for renters. My handyman installed the lock in 30 minutes. It was missing four screws, so I sent a text to their support team to get new screws sent to me, so I hope they arrive. I like the way it easily closes and that I also have a regular key as a backup.. I then easily programmed the FOBs the next day and decided to order the bridge. The bridge is working fine, but it was hard to connect with Alexa in the skills, so I requested a support person to call and walk me through it. me. The tricky part in syncing with Alexa is you need to use the plus (+) sign before the number one (1) before adding in your phone number as your user ID on a separate app, Sciener, which is different than the Sifely app. This process took several hours, not minutes like other reviews stated. Again, it’s the plus sign that wasn’t clear in the instructions, so I hope this helps others breeze through the process. It’s working fine now, so I’ll add another lock to my home.

Solid a couple downsides.
I've had this for a few years now, everything still works as it should. Only complaints would be the likeliness of touching the "lock" area with the side of your hand or arm when closing the door - making the deadbolt come out as you're trying to close it. Well, and the slowness of the key fobs to register and work properly to unlock. It takes around 5-10 seconds to unlock with the key fob, making it less convenient than just putting in the code, etc. I purchased the required "gateway" as well, which seems like a waste of money, as I feel like the wifi should at least be built in without having to spend more money.

It does what it’s suppose to do
The media could not be loaded. I’ve only had it for a few days so I can’t speak on the longevity of it but so far so good. I like how there are 5 options to lock and unlock. You can either use the physical key, pass code, Bluetooth using the app, key fob or e-key. My personal favorite is using the app. You can choose to have it automatically lock after a few seconds or keep that feature off. I personally don’t have it set to automatically lock after I leave or enter because since I’m a renter and the current lock already automatically locks with no option to turn it off I’m left with no choice but to keep this feature off with the Sifely lock. For the price and the features you can’t go wrong.

Ease to install and setup.
I am a disabled retired geek living in a small 2-bedroom apartment. I was not sure if I would be able to install this by myself. I read all the directions and watched the install video before I started and felt it would be fairly simple and got my Philps screwdriver out. Installation went very well and smooth. I did not have to do any modifications to the holes and all fit like it was the original. I only had one small hiccup and that somehow, I got the Left Right install wrong and had to remove it and correct and install it again. Even with this I was done with it less than 20 minutes. I did have the gateway so I can do remote management and control. Integrated it with my Alexa and I had the whole system done and working in 30 minutes. I was very pleasantly surprised how smoothly it went. I would recommend this as a great product at a reasonable price easy to install and setup.

Software does not work properly, problems with mechanical parts as well. Waste of money.
They worked fine for about two weeks. After that I started to have several problems. Firt, the language changed for no reason to what I guess was chinese and after several attempts, I was unable to change back to english. I tried everything that customer service told me, but nothing work. Once I was able to make the change in one of the locks with the reset procedure, but it changed back to chinese on its own the next day. If that was the only problem, I would have learned to live with it, but it also consumed the batteries in only a couple of weeks. Two of the locks had the tendency to start talking in chinese by themselves and the only way to stop the noise was removing the batteries. Then, even if you changed the batteries with new ones, it always reported low batteries. The tipping point, which promted me to give up and remove the locks was that the mechanical parts stopped working in one of the locks, it would simply not open, even with the key.To resume the story, this was a complete waste of money, I removed the locks and will throw them away because I have absolutely no use for them. You can see the pictures of the removed locks wich will be thrown away.
