Mythical Heroes Forest/Swamp Edition - 90 Pcs in 16 Designs - Mini Figure Set for RPGs - Creatures and Monsters - Suitable Size for DND

First off, these are good quality and take paint well. I’m using a mix of Reaper paints from Core and MSP series, as well as some WizKids paints. My only con with these are the wolves. If you’re looking for detailed wolves, don’t get this set, as they aren’t highly detailed enough to get a good fur texture effect with your paint. HOWEVER the wolves are still good quality and definitely good enough for my purposes. I bought this set for the Blights, Fey, and Undead, and they are EXCELLENT. The detail is good and they are fairly hardy. They are a more stiff plastic as opposed to the more traditional “bendy” plastic you may expect from D&D minis, but it doesn’t affect the paintability. They may be more brittle, so if you’re playing with kids, that may be a concern.

These are great. They are good size for 28/32mm gaming. The variety of characters is exactly as shown. The plastic is not soft, but it is durable. They have good standability and contain all accessories pictured. Good value for money.

Good quality, sturdy plastic. Not the most detailed, but for low-level monsters, these are great. My set came with 6 extra pieces, little floating balls, that could be Wisps, Light Balls, or Dancing Lights, so that's cool.

I bought this set for a couple of specific creatures (like the ankhegs), but I was impressed with the quality of all the minis. They were more detailed than expected, allowing nicer textures when I painted them. They're a thicker/harder plastic than standard WoTC minis, and my accidental yeeting of one across the table and floor didn't break anything off... so I'd say they're pretty sturdy! They come in various shades, so that might be helpful if you're the type to use them unpainted. My only complaint is that some of them were slightly bent out of shape, usually by the base where legs meet the stand - and this can be a pain to fix without causing damage or breaking them off their base entirely. The plastic took a couple coats of paint to cover, and I'm not sure how well the primer is going to work at keeping everyone on them - it seems like the plastic might just be too smooth, but only time will tell.

Game Masters, MYTHICAL HEROES FOREST/SWAMP EDITION is one of the 2 MYTHICAL HEROES sets worth every penny. Between these 2 sets you'd have about 180 minis that are detailed enough for table top use and if you wanted to paint/customize them farther, are detailed enough to be worth it. They come in 3 different colors of a super durable plastic, this stuff is plyable and durable enough, they will not break even with regular use. At less than 40 cents a mini, including the big ones, you can't go wrong. The creature varity for this forest/swamp set are great and several are adaptable to other things (the wisps can be more than wil-o-wisps...fire, air, etc.) They are fast to paint; half of the set was primed with a rattle can of matte black 2X paint/primer, dry brushed with dark gray then white (2 hours of work and 45 units were tabletop ready). Adding color ranged between 3 and 30 minutes depending on how many colors or gradients I wanted for that unit (average was 10 minutes, assembly line style) If you are a Dungeon Master, the value of these sets together is excellent, giving you so many creature/NPC options for multiple environments.

Quality is fantastic, everything is already fully assembled, feels like nice heavy resin prints.

These minis are very sturdy and detailed. There is a whopping 90 miniatures included. They are a good size too. (Each square is 1² inch). This is an extremely good deal for the price. The rest of the miniatures are in the background of the picture. Amazing high quality miniatures!

I, like many people who might read this, needed a large selection of enemies to throw at my players in the campaign. Giant spiders. Ravenous wolves. Dangerous werewolf enclaves. This got me there with a formidable price to piece ratio i couldn't ignore. These are very well detailed for being so cheap. A few did seem to get unseated (3 of the 90+) from their bases, but nothing a dab of glue wont fix. As I said in the review for their other large pack of 28mm scale figures, if you're new/returning and thinking of trying these out as a starting point, you won't be disappointed.

For the price there are really good mini's. I recommend for any D&D DM looking for cheap, decent quality mini's. They are unpainted as well, so you get to decide colours. Just bought this a second time for my sister who is getting into game mastering. Well worth the cost.

Para los que buscan más detalles, son 16 diferentes figuras en 3 diferentes colores, son aleatorios los colores por set, vienen 6 de cada figura, pero de las medianas y grandes vienen 3 de cada una, entonces son 14 sets de 6 = 84 y 2 sets de 3 = 6, en total 90 figuras.

This is a great set of miniatures to buff up your DM armada. Very happy with them. They were also sent out really fast and arrived 6 days before the earliest estimated arrival date. Much appreciated because now I can use them for my next session.
