Can you eat the clams straight out of the can without heating?

Yes you can. They are cooked. You can even eat them right out of the shell standing thigh deep in the ocean as you dig for clams on Pismo Beach as I did in the sixties.

I have never frozen them before but I don't see why not... I would try it.

These are listed as bumblebee, but pictured as doxee/snow's..which are they?

Doxsee and Snow's clam products are identical. Rather than have two brands making the same quality products which could be confusing, we decided to use the Snow's brand to represent our passion for clams.
