This has helped with menopause relief.

I was waiting to write a review after I finish taking the bottle so I am happy with the results. It doesn’t take your hot flashes away completely but it does help them. I was waking up soaking wet hot and after taking these, I was still waking up hot, not as frequent and not soaking wet. I would take one pill as directed a day. I usually took it midday, and I did notice and I did see in a couple other reviews that if you skipped a day,you wouldn’t feel the effects of the pill, but if you continued it the next day it instantly would work. I definitely would recommend it. I guess I was expecting complete relief, but having a little bit of a relief is better than not having any at all.

No night sweats or hot flashes if I take I’d daily. Those are the only noticeable symptoms I have.

So far this has done really well helping me with night sweats. I’ve been taking it for a couple of weeks and I thought it would be awhile to notice any changes and I was very surprised that after a few days I started noticing the night sweats were gone. I will definitely be re ordering this when I run out. Worth the money for sure.

So, I had super high hopes because it stopped my hot flashes immediately, and about a week after starting it, I finally got my period, after 2 months of it being missing. I'm only 40 but it seems I am not ovulating every month anymore. I read another review where someone in a similiar situation said it started her periods again, so that's the main reason I bought this. I feel like every product of this type that contains Black Cohash does a great job of stopping hot flashes but that's about all it does. Kind of the same thing with this product. I'm on my 3rd month of it and still not getting my period, after the one initial time, I'm pretty sure it was a fluke not related to the pills. Meaning the pills did not start my period. Anyway, for the hot/cold flashes yes it works. Everything else, there might just not be a magic pill for those things unfortunately.
