Phillips is a brand that does not need a second introduction. I have no idea why I experiments with so many irons before finally settling on this one. I came here specifically to say 'thank you' to Phillips for the effort and innovation they put into their products. The iron works like a charm. It has strong steam, gets hot really fast and heat levels are also strong. You can always adjust of course. Almost reduced by pressing time and effort by 30 to 40%. Excellent product to say the least.

Please save your money and dont buy this. I bought it a year ago and the plates have gotten rusty and leaving residue on all my clothes. Extremely disappointing!

Good, light weight, quick temperature, easy to handle. But stain on plates comes after 3 months of use.

I liked always the heavy irons, but researched and found this iron. Powerful and more than enough for Home use. Heats up quickly and glides smoothly. Steam is powerful to remove all creases and works perfectly on thick clothes too.

It is a good iron overall. However, after using it for 1 year and 2 months, it got damaged. While ironing clothes, the iron started sparking electrically from the iron plate and stopped working. Very disappointing. I thought the Philips brand was durable.
