Al Frugoni Chimichurri- Original- It's a sauce, a rub, a seasoning/condiment, a marinade

So easy and so good. Put this on anything and everything grilled.

I’ve ordered this Al Frugoni Chimichurri several times already, and at this point it has become a permanent resident in my kitchen. I use it to make my “secret” chimichurri sauce, and every time I serve it, my guests ask what I put in it. Of course, I usually smile and act like it took me years to perfect the recipe. 😅 What I really like is how versatile it is. I’ve used it as a seasoning, rub, marinade, and mixed into sauces for meats and grilled food. It has a great blend of herbs and spices, and it saves me a lot of time compared with starting from scratch every single time. The flavor has been consistent every time I’ve ordered it, which is probably the biggest reason I keep coming back. If my guests keep complimenting the chimichurri, I’m definitely not changing anything now. 😂

My family loves chimichuri sauce and we order it whenever we’re at a Spanish restaurant. I decided to try this and it did not disappoint. It is delicious. I made it with the instructions equal parts, olive oil and apple cider vinegar and the spice and added a tiny bit of salt. Amazing thank you now we can make our chimichurri sauce at home.

While not a fan of sauces on a steak, I first had Chimchurri at a steakhouse in Downtown Detroit a few years ago and it was absolutely fantastic. I have mixed my own with this product on prime ribeye. It will go best on Picanha

Not as good as fresh chimichuri but it’s great in a pinch. Also good as a rub before smoking meats.

I have now ordered this for the 4th time. This stuff is awesome. I’ve used it in marinades, seasoning for vegetables, meat, and seafood, and as chimichurri. Depending on the audience, sometimes I’ll add some red pepper flake to heat it up. The chimichurri is super easy to make as long as you have a red wine vinegar and some EVOO on hand, and it tastes outstanding! As chimichurri, I’ve put it on steak, hard boiled eggs, seafood, grilled vegetables, and eaten it straight by the spoon. It is a perfect blend that absolutely enhances everything I’ve put it on. Back to the boiled eggs, it is the absolute best topping! Great work Al! While it seems a bit pricey, for the amount you can use this per bottle it is well worth it. It’s a great blend, and I don’t have to find all the herbs and keep them fresh to make on my own. I love this stuff!

Not much to say other than this is my second order of it. We love it as a seasoning and/or marinade for chicken and steaks, but have also made it as a dip with olive oil for bread. The only reason I won’t order it here anymore is that a new grocery store in my town now stocks it for less.
