This product is designed for one thing — reduce stress. KSM66 and a few other variants such sensoril and shoden do just that. However; with ksm66, you’re getting the extract closest to the raw ingredient, with added potency. Vegans beware — in order to get KSM66, they use milk to exact it. Therefore making this product not vegan. I suggest vegans use the other 2 aforementioned variants.

The company is reputable, especially for products geared for the serious athlete. Made in the USA and cGMP. My husband took this – his first time using ashwagandha. It gave him clarity at work that made him feel like a new person. No more brain-fog from poor sleep, no more difficulty putting his thoughts together into a coherent sentence lol. Since finishing this bottle, he has used ashwagandha from other brands that also helped him, but this one was the most effective. I’ll be reordering this for him.

Most research on ashwaganda shows a daily dosage of 250 to 500 mg is effective. There's no research showing that more is better. I just looked at 4 different brands of ashwaganda. Per capsule doses range from 450 mg to 600 mg. There were two of 600 mg ones; one brand says one capsule per day and the other brand, which happens to be 5% Nutrition, says two capsules per day. So it seems like one capsule per day of any ashwaganda supplement will do the job. The catch is the quality of the ashwaganda. The 5% Nutrition product is organic, and that means it's not contaminated by pesticides, petrochemicals, or glyphosate. If they go to all that trouble, you can bet they care about the quality of the product. Also since one capsule does the job, this is a 90 day supply. Not 45, as stated on the label. That brings the cost per day down to half of what it appears to be from the Amazon product detail page. That puts it about on par with competing products. According to their video, one of the principles at 5% Nutrition is not to have single supplement products but to instead provide formulations. In this case, they are making their ashwaganda a single supplement. There's really nothing it stacks with, so this makes sense. Note that "withanolides" means the main active ingredient of ashwaganda, it's not something added. The company also sells single supplement products that many of their competitors "optimize"( with ingredients that don't help the slightest bit); these include creatine and L-Glutamine. Kudos to them. They do have some formulations that look pretty good to me, such as Pump.

They also suggest ingesting the capsules with a meal.

This Ashwagandha is a high potency supplement that is supposed to help with stress and relation, which I why I ordered it. As yet i haven’t noticed any difference but then again I’m not stressed about anything right now anyway. I see. To sleep well and through the night.
