No breaks, no issues whatsoever and I am soooo hard on these sandals. I am pleasantly shocked at how much abuse I have put them through and how well they have held up. I work with children and am constantly on my knees or bending my feet, especially the arches of any shoes I wear. These shoes have taken the repeated movements and have never unglued, even slightly.
