Tastes Good, Easy to Digest
It is filling for a long time. I like the little "cookie pieces". It has a nice flavor and texture. Mixes well, and is easy on my digestive tract.

Mixed well, pretty subtle, bland taste though, especially for 6 carbs
I purchased this for making ice cream, but the taste is way too subtle for that purpose. Even just shaken up with unflavored almond milk, I can taste the almond milk primarily. I'm pretty disappointed really, especially for having 6 carbs in it - it's really not worth the carbs. I'd rather just have some cottage cheese or greek yogurt - tastes better and has better macros.
