Nice product

The quality, weight, and appearance of the product are all good. However, the handle becomes extremely hot after some time of use, making it difficult to hold. Additionally, the lid tends to get stuck after the dhoop finishes, likely due to the residue or liquid from the burnt dhoop.

Extremely bad product, not at all useful and I made a mistake buying this product. It immediately catches fire and dangerous to use, my hand almost got burned. It's a cheap quality product - the metal body has no isolation. The product look same as it looks on the app but not useful at all

Looks nice but too small to actually be used. Tried to replace my terracotta dhunuchi with this brass one, stuff kept falling off.

Writing after 5months of purchase. It's going good. Heavily built. But heating issue could have been rubberised
