I actually had a differect reason for purchasing this product. I have a son with autism who has sensory issues that requires him to wear a deep pressure sensory vest. This vest does exactly what his sensory vest does, at a fraction of the cost. It gives him that deep pressure that he craves which in turn calms him and keeps him focused during school or anytime his attention needs to be directed on something. It fits nice and snug just like I hoped. An actual deep pressure sensory therapy vest can run from $60-$100+ which can over time be quite pricey. Definitely a great alternative and he loves it.

**Update** July 19th, 2023. I’ve lost an additional 5lbs since I made the original post, and I’ve also been wearing the faja more often. I feel so confident in it especially when I’m wearing a dress!! It gives me such nice curves. The pee hole is great as it doesn’t squeeze your lady bits like some other garments do. When I first bought it in February, I was only able to do up the first row of hooks, now I’m on the last row :) I will be ordering a new one a size down! Honest review** I lost 65 lbs and was left with a rectangle body shape. No hips, booty, or breasts and skinny legs. However I still do have a belly. I’m 5’9 and weigh 170lbs. I ordered a size medium. I thought there was no way it was going to fit BUT a trick is if you have the bottom 3 hooks done up, and then step into it and put it on it’s so much easier to do up! *From the front it definitely gave me curves/made it look like I actually have hips which I absolutely love!! It smoothes everything out as well. *From the side it rounded my belly which made me look a couple months pregnant. Also I don’t have much of a booty anymore so there was no lifting in that department. *The legs fit well and weren’t restricting on me. Overall I like it. If you do wear something tight/form fitting over it, you will see the hooks though.

I read the reviews and based on those, I got a 3xl... It fits well if not maybe just a LITTLE too big. I am 5'6 and roughly 180 I typically wear a size large in most things and my bust is a 38c. Its not the best quality corset really and I suspect the boning is not steel... BUT I dont have it for the slimming effect and it does LOOK nice. Its comfy as long as you dont lace it as tight as you would a normal corset. In fact, I wouldnt recommend lacing it like you should a regular corset. Works great for my renfest outfit! 5 stars regardless of the minor issues.
