Big hit!
Big hit for my 7 year old grandson - he's curious, a good reader and loved the interesting facts! Created some parent/child discussion as they looked up/googled more information once reading the "fact".

Fun, educational, and keeps kids curious
We bought Weird But True! USA for our child, and it has been a big hit. The book is full of interesting, surprising facts about different states, landmarks, history, and culture. It is easy to read and very engaging. What I like most is how the information is presented. The short fact style keeps kids interested without feeling overwhelming. The colorful pictures and graphics make it even more fun to flip through. My child enjoys picking random pages and sharing “weird facts” with the family. It is a great way to spark curiosity about geography and history without feeling like homework. The book quality is solid, with thick pages and bright print. It feels durable enough for regular use. Overall, this is a great gift option and a fun educational book for kids who like trivia and interesting facts. It makes learning about the USA entertaining.

Great book
This is a good book in lots of ways - its really interesting (did you know that peanut butter can be made into diamonds?!) but also its easy format is great for younger readers who have a short attention span or reluctant older readers - it doesn't feel like you're reading, it feels like you are being amazed by every page by brilliant facts. My daughter (7) who loves reading fiction books loves this, but so does my 11 year old son who does not like reading at all.
