My old boss always recommended this stuff for years and when I decided to start taking better care of myself and working out, I wanted to give this a try. First of all right off the bat let me tell ya, you can definitely tell when you don’t take this vs when you do. I can personally feel a difference within the first few days of taking it. I just feel better mentally and physically. I am not super strict about taking it multiple times a day. I usually mix 1 ounce of tangy, tangerine, and 1 ounce of Youngevity plant derived minerals whenever it is convenient for me. You can mix it with either water or your favorite juice. I am 200 pounds and 6 foot tall and I feel like that is more than enough plus it lasts a little longer that way. When you go to the bathroom, your urine will be bright yellow, but that is normal. My favorite part about this stuff is that it’s easy to take.
