Fruitables Skinny Mini Dog Treats, Training Treats, Bacon & Apple, 5oz

Good choice for treats. They are small and somewhat soft, making them easy for my toy breed to eat. Apparently they taste good too.

My King Charles loves these treats! At a recent vet visit, we were told to take it easy on the treats… We have three other big dogs that do not need to watch their weight… Sadly, for this little girl, we have to be more conscious about calorie intake. She is a huge foodie… so, we have enjoyed having the smaller low-calorie treats for her, and don’t feel guilty about cutting back since she loves them so much! I was very pleased with the number of treats in one bag for the price. So far the first bag has lasted us about one month.

My dog is absolutely crazy about these Fruitables Skinny Minis in the apple bacon flavor. They’re the perfect size for training, and I feel good about giving them to him since they’re low in calories and made with healthy ingredients. Plus, they’re free of wheat, corn, and soy, which is a huge bonus for dogs with sensitive stomachs. The only reason I’m giving them four stars instead of five is that the bag is a little on the small side. For the price, I was hoping to get a bit more product, especially with how fast my dog goes through them during training. That being said, they’re still a great treat, and I love that they’re both tasty for my dog and healthy. Just be ready to restock sooner than you’d like!

My dogs love these treats! That is of course the most important thing! I love them too, though, but for different reasons. I like the size of the skinny minis- they are a good size for training treats for large dogs. I like to treat often, but I don’t want to overfeed, so these are perfect. They are also nice to handle- they aren’t greasy or smelly so you can just put them loose in your pocket without worrying about stains or smells. They also aren’t super hard- I find hard biscuits aren’t the best for training rewards. These are just a little soft, so they stay intact until you feed them but aren’t a hard chew. My absolute favourite are the pumpkin blueberry because I love the smell of them, and to me the apple bacon don’t smell quite as good. I think the dogs like them both equally though. Lastly, this is a great price. I can get the smaller bags at my local pet store but ounce for ounce they cost a lot more.
