I have damaged vertebrae’s C4 C5 C6 and C7 this causes considerable pain to my neck area, tingling in arms fingers and around neck. Surgery is too risky and out of the question. I have lived with this condition for years. Recommended by specialist Doctor, I have spoken to a physiotherapist about several ways to help with the pain when I get it, I was asked if I had ever used a Heat Pack, said No, so after looking around the internet come across this one from *** UNCN - Microwavable Heat Pack Wheat Bag for Neck and Shoulder Pain Relief Microwave Neck Warmer with Natural Heat Therapy Large size *** Purchased it, and have now been using it for several weeks. It's just great sitting there with the heat radiating through my neck. This is not a cure for my condition, but it don’t half feel good when I’m using it. Have found that putting it in the micro wave (1000) for about 4mins 30secs can give you 20-30 mins of heat relief, I like it real hot. I would certainly recommend this product to any one with neck pain similar to what I have. Perfect for easing away pain and discomfort. If you are looking for a heat bag that really works this is the one you should use.

Have a cervical spine issue with my C5-C7 and he fact this covers both shoulders and the back of the neck is a big relief. One of the best wheat bags I’ve bought 👍 does the job

This is great. The weight is a bonus. It definitely relieves the pain. My only minor complaint, if you could call it that, is the heat doesn't last very long

I am delighted! Having tried a number of heat pads for my injured shoulder I finally found one that actually covers the shoulder and a couple of inches beyond! I also like that it doesn't involve electrical currents although this does limit its use to about thirty minutes before requiring reheating. I also like that it is quite heavy which means that it sits comfortably without slipping. Very pleased. Thank you!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DANGEROUS ITEM If I could give minus 10 stars then I would. I followed the heating instructions to the letter and the pad had burst open and the beads had got burnt. I did not realise this when taking it out of the microwave and I got burnt!

This is perfect for me, as I have injured my left shoulder and it was recommended to use something that gives direct heat other than creams that can cause skin irritation after a long use.

Much heavier than I expected, but in a comfortable way. Works so well at relieving neck, shoulder and upper spinal aches and pains. I find a couple of minutes in the microwave is plenty warm enough. Really useful.

In a 700w microwave expect 3.5mins to heat it up. Retains heat for about 15mins. The weight is good for feeling that all skin contact around the shoulders. Its not a game changer but coupled with a quick warm massage with oil it helps for sure.
