the thickness and width of the belt is so small. The belt has net in between which makes it loose. Also it comes till upper abdomen and cannot reach your lower back. This product can be used for posture correction but not for back pain relief.

My husband is able to stand up and walk just finding he has h2 herniated discs in his L4-5 and L-5-S1joints. He is still stiff and being careful, but without it he cannot be up even sitting for but a few minutes. It was nice that we were able to find such a large size to accommodate his needs.

Today I have tried the latest brace that I have gotten from Amazon, the FEATOL brand back brace. This back brace is far superior to the other two. The main belt is extra wide which gives this brace a better support around your whole mid body. Very pleased with this selection. The cost is worth it.
