We purchased this item for weighing very thin (low viscosity) epoxy components (resin and hardener) on a sensitive laboratory balance, hoping that the paper was treated in such fashion as to keep the epoxy from penetrating the paper and soiling the weighing platform on the scale.Also, we hoped that we could mix the components directly on the paper and use the resulting adhesive without contamination from the paper.All of our wishes have been fulfilled and we are delighted with this product.
