Is this hose "low loss"?

It is not a low loss hose as it does not come with low loss fittings. It would have to have low loss fittings with a schrader valve type connection. Similar to the R1234yf hoses that come with master cool gauges

Is this hose any good for pulling a vacuum to 25 micron?

This is a lot my hose to pull a vacuum but regardless. I don’t see why not.

Does this hose fit standard A/C auromotive gauges to a standard 134 automotive bottle?

This hose is 1/4" female flare to 1/4" female flare.
