Can we use in lexus 2010 GX 460

When I see these types of questions, I always think, if you don't know if your car calls for this type of Oil, then you shouldn't be buying it, and would you really risk using it in your car and causing damage, just because someone answered your question with a YES?

Can this be used in atv diff that calls for 80/90? i have a 2007 yamaha grizzly 700.

Yes, I use it in my 1994 Suzuki King Quad, 2006 BMW 1200LT, both of my BMW 3 series (2000 & 2002), and my 1999 Suburban (front and back differential). It meets all the specs of what my King Quad calls for (also 80/90), but would also be more fluid in extreme cold temps, without losing any lubricating quality in very hot temps.

The lube shown is for ls. my 05 tacoma has a locker and does not use ls oil. can i use this oil or is there another mobil 1 lube?

You can use it for an open diff as well. I run it in my Tacoma's diffs with the factory locker just fine.
