Necessity for abdominal surgery
Although the product came a few days late, I am extremely happy with it as well as the quality. The Velcro is very strong and the pouch in the back for an ice/heat pack is big enough to hold 2 (depending on the type of course. I used gel packs). It was easy to install in my car, very soft, cushioned my abdomen and made me feel secure my first time driving after surgery for my endometriosis removal and cystectomies. Iโve recommended this to my sister to show her boss who is a doctor at a womenโs health center because I firmly believe they should have this available in the office to women who may need it after surgery. Itโs that good! The get well soon card was a sweet touch as well

Absolutely Must Have After Tummy Tuck Surgery
Found that this has saved me from discomfort of seatbelt hitting the TT area. It does have a pocket for keys, cellphone or whatever you want to use it for. I donโt like that I did cut my finger on the Velcro. The edges of the Velcro are harsh. Also, I do wish the stuffing of the pillow was contained by another piece of fabric so you could slip off the cover to wash. I do give it a good rating because this has saved me from pain.

I got this to help me heal and make car rides less painful. Works great! I'm still using it 6 months later. Added tip, cinch your seat belt so it's ratcheted, it helps you not get jostled around as much. Definitely a life saver. I would totally recommend it.**Update: Almost a year later, still using this every time I get in the car, it's perfect for me. Never had any issues with the zippers, still soft.
