## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this product like the vanishing muslin that is used in the uk.?**
A: No. Vanishing muslin is a chemically treated fiber and when you apply heat, the fibers stay in tact. The Sulky product has no natural fibers and completely disappears.

**Q: Can I use this as a top stabilizer for machine embroidery on satin?**
A: I don't see why not.  You can sew through it, then apply heat and it crumbles.  It does tend to get a little messy with the crumbling.  and provided heat won't hurt your satin.

**Q: Can this be used on the back as a stabilizer as well as the front? I'm looking for something to use with double gauze, to strengthen.**
A: It is used as a topper for the fabric to keep the fibers underneath the stitches in the design. Please don’t try to use it as the main stabilizer for the fabric.

**Q: How do you use this?**
A: In Machine Embroidery of Terry Towels, I lightly spray Film with temporary adhesive and place on top of area to embroider. It prevents snagging and produces clean stitching. Most peels away and what’s remaining is easily removed with a hot dry iron.
