WYNNsky Tank Valve, Standard Valve Core with 1/4''NPT Male Threads, 4 Pieces Brass Valve with Sealing Caps

I just bought these, to go along with an $11, 2-pack of AstroAl Air chucks (heavy duty closed flow lock on tire chucks). I followed the tip by another reviewer to purchase these together, in order to save myself the tiresome job of screwing on the my air inflator's hose line to my car's tires, every time the tire pressure drops in winter. While pretty hefty, the two pieces work beautifully together, and it makes the whole inflation process so much less aggravating, with minimal loss of air from the tires, upon detaching. We have 2 air inflators in our household, so there's spare tank valves, but the value and quality are good, so I don't mind a bit.

I ordered this to replace others I got from Amazon. They were "godeson" brand. Screwing the cap on those depressed the valve, so were useless, and returned. These, however are fine. I didn't actually check them for leakage, but have no reason to suspect them.

Used to modify a tire pump so it would have a 1/4" pipe fitting, Worked great, placed pipe thread tape on it and good to go.

I coupled these with a QD valve stem fitting to make an accessory attachment for a battery powered compressor that had a screw on valve stem end. They worked perfectly. The were included with a compressor as a gift for a relative. Very well received.

I make up water test fittings and these are perfect. Good quality brass. Quick delivery and a decent price. I would highly recommend these for your project..
