Good supplement

Drains your sinus cavities, all four of them. ENT doc was ready to do surgery on my daughter because she was so blocked and had chronic sinus infections. He explained that he does the surgery routinely, that it carries risk of brain damage and has to be repeated again and again. I went to my Sprouts grocery, to their supplement section and asked one of their knowledgeable clerks what use and she told me that her naturopath told her to use Quercetin for just this purpose! It is a natural flavaniod known for it’s anti-inflammatory properties. The theraputic dose (per doc’s instructions) is (2) 500 mg capsules, three times daily for ten days. 8 have my daughter do a cap a day for maintenance. I googled for reviews of this product before giving to my daughter and was Astounded at how many people rely on this! But dont expect your MD to tell you about it. Please give it a try before you go under the knife! It can start draining in as little as 24-48 hours.

Works as it should

I use this to block histamine since my body produces too much and it works great. Saves me money ordering vs getting at the local store. I don’t feel like the version I get on here is the same as at the store tho. This version is a mess and all over the inside of the bottle and doesn’t feel like it works the same as at the vitamin store

My mitochondria need assistance and this helps.

No problems

My holistic vet prescribed this for our dog. I tried another brand cause Quercetin is Quercetin right? Nope! My girl had digestive issues. Went back to and she’s perfect again. I’m loyal now.

Used them for an immune boost. I was also taking many other supplements at the time so its difficult to know what worked and what didn't. But they were a value for money product compaired to other brands and most of the information you read about the product suggests its a good immune boosting supplement.
