I decided to try a French combat ration (MRE)....the packaging makes it an easy option for storing/carrying, the meals that I tried were really tasty and filling, there's a heating kit, water purification tablets and lots of other treats. Everything you need, except eating utensils (and water, of course). Option: MENU 2 - salmon with rice and vegetables / chicken in porridge couscous / tuna pate
