Break it in a bit and it does the trick.
It's a bit snug of a fit at first. Granted, I've got a large noggin but having purchased the largest size available, I thought I'd have a bit more wiggle room. Turns out, once you've broken it in by wearing it a few times, it starts to sit on the head just right.

Weird Shape
The back (shape) of the hat is sewn weird. Makes it look like the back half of my head is missing.Don't like it.
