does it come with a GOOD users manual, safety info and warranty card?

I don't remember if it comes with any of those items or not. If you don't already know how to use the gauge set for 410A, you need to learn it somewhere BEFORE you ever hook up the gauges, for the sake of yourself and the unit you plan to work on. As far as the warranty goes, my gauge set worked just fine for a complete evacuation and install of my daughter's new system, so ..... if you are going to use it for a once-in-a-while service, it should be fine. If you are planning to work on systems on a daily basis, I would get a more well-known brand.

are they low loss fittings?

As long as you remember to close the valves when disconnecting they work fine. I didn't care for the yellow vacuum line or fittings. I bought a heavy duty 1/2" vacuum hose and shutoffs that were specifically certified for vacuum.

Excellent value!

Have been using this set professionally with repeated success over and over again. These are by no means high end but for someone starting out in the trade that doesn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on a set of gauges, I couldn’t recommend these more. The ONLY thing I don’t like is there’s no way to loop the hoses to make a sling. Kind of a pain going up a ladder.

Good set of gauges for refrigeration works, but the seals inside the hose adapters have dislodged within a month of use.
