I took it without food as it stated in directions for afternoon workouts. I had huge boost of energy for my workout and it controlled my hunger afterwards. I continued to drink water later throughout the day but as I was driving I felt a bit nauseous and dizzy. The next morning, I took one with breakfast and felt fine afterwards. I continued to drink water throughout the day (as it does cause dehydration) and before my that day I took another (as it stated in the directions). Felt the same way, big burst of energy throughout my workout and hunger control.I was worried about the ingredients (specifically yohimbine and caffeine) so my diet had to be strict. I love coffee and tea with skim milk, so I have to cut those out as there are already so much caffeine in them and as for yohimbine, you would have to avoid tyramine-containing foods (milk, cheese, fermented foods, yeast bread, beer, wine, salamis, bacon, and the like). Other than those I've had no other problems with them. I am used to taking shredz from a black bottle. Comparing the ingredients there a bit off. I am not sure why. This bottle does not have an expiration date either. The capsules were also in a clear coating not the normal yellow coating. After taking it for a couple of days hesitantly, I had an allergic reaction on my body. I am still not sure if it was the shredz or an antinflamatory I was on for about two weeks already. I can say that while I was on the anti-inflammatory I was also taking the shredz from the black bottle I had and I was fine. It was until I started this new never seen white bottle with minor ingredient differences the I had an allergic reaction. It's hard to say, with in those couple days I also had pistachios, but I doubt it was a nut allergy as I've ate eve r y type of nut all my life.
